1.Registration

Registration can be done by filling in the form in the Login / User Account Creation section of the header, by filling in the form or by registering with Facebook. Our system will send you an email confirmation of your registration. You must register before making your first purchase in the Web Store. Signing up makes it easier for you to make purchases later and get discounts.

Registration allows the User to enter profile information, that is, shipping and billing information required for ordering.

You can cancel your registration at any time by sending an email to info@smokingacc.hu. We will cancel the registration immediately upon receipt of the message. Once removed, data can no longer be restored.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user account access information (especially the password). If you become aware that your password may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must immediately change your password, and if you suspect that the third party is misusing your password, you must immediately notify the Web Store Operator.

The Operator shall not be liable for delivery delays, errors or other problems resulting from incorrect and / or inaccurate data provided by the User. The Operator shall not be liable if the User forgets his / her password or becomes unauthorized, for any reason not attributable to the Operator and damages to the Customer.

You can change the information registered at registration after logging in on the Profile sub-page where you can view the details of your previous orders. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage or error resulting from the modification of the registered data by the User.

2. Conclusion of a contract of sale

In the case of purchases in the Web Store, a distance contract is concluded between the User (Customer) and the Operator (Seller), the legal relationship of which is governed by the provisions of these GTC. Orders can only be placed in the webshop, the Operator cannot accept orders via email or phone.

The webshop automatically confirms the order within 48 hours after the order is confirmed. The contract is entered into upon receipt of the order confirmation email to the User.

Orders are processed between 8 am and 4:30 pm on weekdays. If your order is placed outside this time frame, it will be processed on the next business day.

The GTC is accepted by selecting the checkbox on the order form. The User accepts the GTC by sending the order.

The Operator confirms the order by e-mail, so a contract of sale (a distance contract) is entered into between the Operator and the User, in accordance with Act 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business.
If the Webshop does not confirm the order within 48 hours, in accordance with the applicable law (Section 6 (2) of Act CVIII of 2001), the User's contractual obligation shall no longer exist and shall be exempt from the purchase obligation. , is not required to purchase the product (s).

If the ordered product is unavailable, the Operator shall immediately inform the User by electronic means and return any pre-paid consideration on the Internet to the User within 30 days of such notification.
The essential details of orders are automatically recorded and stored by the electronic system of the Web Store, in particular: unique order number, customer name, shipping address, billing address, note, amount due. Upon the User's request, the Operator shall send the purchase details electronically based on the unique identification number of the order.

The Operator can accept and fulfill an order placed in the Web Store only if the User provides the necessary information during registration and purchase. The Webshop shall not be liable for damages resulting from failure to do so, or for technical problems occurring during the purchase. Any additional shipping or other additional costs incurred in case of incorrect addressing or inadequate addressing or other data or information shall be borne by the User.

3. Shopping process

  • Register or log in to the Web Store using the Profile page.
  • Put the products you want to buy in the shopping cart.
  • You can use the “Cart” icon in the top corner of the web page to list and modify the items added to the cart.
  • If you have a "Coupon Code" you can enter it at the time of purchase. The discount will be credited at the time of purchase.
  • The details of the purchase can be viewed during the order, and previously recorded data can be modified, in particular: Customer information, method of delivery, payment method, or you can add a note to the order. It is important to emphasize that before placing your order, please record your phone number, as this will facilitate the delivery process. If your data cannot be corrected for any reason, please contact our Customer Service.
  • Use the "Order" button to finalize your order.
  • We will send you an order confirmation email. If you find any mistake in your order via email or order, please contact info@smokingacc.hu so that we can fix it as soon as possible. Please enter your email address carefully, as we will not be able to send your order confirmation in the case of an incorrect email address or saturated mailbox!

4. Refund

If you buy a product and the defective product does not look or function the way it was advertised for purchase, the dealer will be required to repair or replace it under EU law, or to give you a rebate, or the entire purchase price may need to be refunded. reimburse.

Consumers have a minimum warranty period of two years for products purchased in the European Union, whether they purchase them online or in the shop or by mail order free of charge.

Please note that each finalized order is treated as a separate order by the Web Store system. If one and the same User purchases directly in a row in the Web Store, these orders will also be shipped in a separate package, in which case shipping charges will be charged separately for each order. If you order your orders separately by no later than 1 pm, it is still possible to send your overnight orders in bulk, avoiding any additional shipping costs.
